Voor Sofie Puts, die jarenlang als operatieassistent in Zwitserland werkte en nu consulent bij Korint\u00ae, was dit dagelijkse realiteit. Haar ervaring in de bergen heeft niet alleen haar carri\u00e8re verrijkt, maar inspireert haar nu ook om andere zorgprofessionals te begeleiden op hun weg naar een soortgelijk avontuur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De werkdag in Zwitserland<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sofie begon haar werkdag vroeg, meestal rond zeven uur \u2019s ochtends. Ze vertrok naar het ziekenhuis, gelegen in een schilderachtige omgeving tussen de bergen. \u2018Het uitzicht gaf me elke dag een gevoel van rust en energie,\u2019 vertelt ze. Haar dag begon met het voorbereiden van de operatiekamers, het controleren van de instrumenten en het zorgen dat alles steriel was.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijdens de operaties werkte ze nauw samen met chirurgen en anesthesiologen. Haar taken varieerden van het aangeven van instrumenten en het monitoren van pati\u00ebnten tot het handhaven van een veilige operatieomgeving. \u2018Het werk was divers en uitdagend, elke dag was anders,\u2019 legt Sofie uit. Naast de professionele voordelen bood Zwitserland haar ook persoonlijk veel: een prachtige omgeving, een multiculturele samenleving en een uitstekende levenskwaliteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018Het leven in Zwitserland is anders,\u2019 vertelt ze. \u2018Je werkt hard, maar de balans tussen werk en priv\u00e9 is hier echt goed. Je krijgt tijd om te genieten van de natuur en de rust.\u2019 Ze benadrukt dat, hoewel het leven er iets duurder is, de hogere salarissen en lagere belastingen dit meer dan goedmaken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vrije tijd en onvergetelijke momenten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In haar vrije tijd genoot Sofie volop van wat Zwitserland te bieden had. In de winter stond ze regelmatig op de skipistes, terwijl de zomers werden besteed aan wandelingen door de bergen en zwemmen in kristalheldere meren. \u2018Het voelde soms alsof ik constant op vakantie was,\u2019 herinnert ze zich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naast de natuur had Sofie ook bijzondere sociale ervaringen. Ze bracht veel tijd door met collega\u2019s, die vaak uit verschillende landen kwamen. \u2018We deelden verhalen, organiseerden uitjes en leerden van elkaar.
