Functieomschrijving:<\/h2>\n

De Klinish psycholoog verricht als hoofdbehandelaar gespecialiseerde diagnostische onderzoeken bij clie\u0308nten met ernstige psychische, gedrags- en\/of psychiatrische problematiek. Geeft advies op basis van onderzoekresultaten aan het multidisciplinaire behandelteam en het clie\u0308ntsysteem omtrent behandeling en begeleiding.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Functie-inhoud:<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Voert gespecialiseerd psychodiagnostisch onderzoek uit.<\/li>\n
  • Interpreteert en beoordeelt onderzoeksgegevens van clie\u0308nten.<\/li>\n
  • Stelt de klinische psychologische diagnose en behandelplan op.<\/li>\n
  • Overlegt met de client en het clie\u0308ntsysteem.<\/li>\n
  • Voert intensieve gedragsdeskundige behandelingen uit in complexe behandelsituaties.<\/li>\n
  • Begeleidt clie\u0308nten met ernstige gedragsproblematiek.<\/li>\n
  • Stelt onderzoekrapportages op.<\/li>\n
  • Geeft vanuit het vakgebied, voorlichting, instructie en advies aan clie\u0308nten.<\/li>\n
  • Levert een bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van het behandelbeleid in het vakgebied.<\/li>\n
  • Geeft supervisie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Functie-eisen:<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Academische opleiding psychologie, aangevuld met een opleiding en registratie tot GZ-psycholoog en tot Klinisch psycholoog.<\/li>\n
    • Kan zelfstandig psychodiagnostiek en psychotherapeutische behandelingen uitvoeren.<\/li>\n
    • Kan bijdragen aan het ontwikkelen van behandelbeleid.<\/li>\n
    • Conflicthantering, luistervaardigheden, invoelend vermogen en het vermogen tot stimuleren, alsmede het vermogen om conflict- en crisissituaties te beheersen.<\/li>\n
    • Mondelinge uitdrukkingsvaardigheid in het Nederlands en Papiamento en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheid bij het opstellen van diagnostische en therapeutische rapportages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
